Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Angel Endurance Coaching, every coaching program is customized to the individual athlete.

Monthly coaching fees are billed according to your selected coaching plan.

Because coaching time, planning, and communication begin immediately, coaching fees are generally non-refundable once services have started.

Digital training plans become non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed.

If Angel Endurance Coaching cancels a clinic or camp, participants may receive a refund, credit, or transfer to another event.

If a participant cancels, refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation timing and event-specific policies.

Athletes may cancel coaching by providing written notice.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the Coaching Agreement.

Missed coaching sessions generally are not refundable.

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be considered individually.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
